Connecticut Voices for Children believes that all of Connecticut's young people should grow up healthy and safe, have opportunities for successful learning, and live free from the limiting effects of poverty.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, you can help us in our work to make this vision a reality!

Every dollar you give between 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 16 and 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 17 could  help Connecticut Voices for Children earn $20,000 or more in grants through The Great Give 2012, sponsored by the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven.

To earn these challenge grants, Connecticut Voices needs friends and supporters like you to donate online on The Great Give 2012 website during this 36-hour period. The sooner you donate, and the more donors we get, the more grant funds Connecticut Voices can earn!

How you can help:

• Make a donation during The Great Give 2012.
• If you work or live in the Valley — Ansonia, Derby, Oxford, Seymour and Shelton —  when you make a donation, be sure to say YES to that question on the donation form. The Valley Community Foundation is matching up to $100 per donor until the pool of matching funds is exhausted. So, make your donation early!
