Report looks at changes in state funding for a variety of programs and services using SFY 01 as a baseline. The report finds that, contrary to oft-reported comments that there have been no spending cuts only reductions in planned increases in spending, dozens of budget accounts for education, youth development, health, workforce development and the like have lost significant proportions of their budgets, even without adjusting for inflation.
