This report on ambulatory care (office, clinic visits and emergency visits) received by children enrolled in HUSKY A finds that well-child care rates declined in 2003, and gaps in ambulatory care utilization persist among children of different racial/ethnic backgrounds.

We envision a Connecticut that creates opportunity for everyone, not just the lucky and privileged few. Together, we can ensure a prosperous future for all of our children.
