  • children below 200% Federal Poverty Level,
  • unemployment rates,
  • 3rd Graders at or above goal in reading on the Connecticut Mastery Test,
  • children aged 5-17 in non-English-speaking households,
  • kindergarteners with preschool experience,
  • children in families receiving Care4Kids child care assistance,
  • children enrolled in HUSKY,
  • households Spending over 30% of their income on housing, and
  • youth aged 16-19 who are neither employed nor in school.
