This spreadsheet compares the proposed approprations for those items most of concern to the ECE community across the Governor’s original proposed budget, the Appropriations Committee’s original proposed budget, the Governor’s May proposal, the legislature’s June proposal (SB 1801), the Governor’s July proposal, the Appropriations Committee’s July proposal, and the legislature’s September 1 proposal (HB 6802). The chart also includes, for benchmarking purposes, the appropriation for FY 09, and, for those items for which the information is available, the FY 09 expenditure.
