The Transitional Medical Assistance (TMA) program currently provides up to two years of HUSKY A coverage to families with earnings whose income goes above 100% of the federal poverty level. The Governor has proposed reducing this coverage to a maximum of twelve months. Reducing TMA would leave tens of thousands of working parents uninsured.
