This research brief finds that nearly 25 percent or 7,330 elderly and disabled persons can be expected to lose Medicaid coverage if premiums are implemented as planned. The brief was co-authored by staff at CT Voices for Children and the Health Policy Institute at Georgetown University. It was commissioned by the CT Health Foundation and the Anthem Foundation of CT.
