Keeping Children Healthy and Insured Through HUSKY

Cutbacks and program restrictions in the HUSKY health insurance program have resulted in confusion about eligibility and discouraged eligible families from enrolling. This brief makes several recommendations for improving the program and encouraging enrollment.
