This report finds that in 2003, nearly half of all babies born to mothers enrolled in HUSKY A received fewer than the recommended number of well-baby visits in the first 15 months of life. Risk for receiving less than recommended care was greater for infants of mothers who were younger, had lower education, or were Black or Hispanic.

We envision a Connecticut that creates opportunity for everyone, not just the lucky and privileged few. Together, we can ensure a prosperous future for all of our children.
